I'm a big fan of the newest Dr, David Tennant is so charismatic and #10 really seems to have that child-like glee with trying new things (and the like)...4 and 5 both had those qualities as well so while I'm picking a favorite I'll add both of them to him ...Leela was an awesome assistant, and for more or less the same reasons you listed I'm going to go with Jamie.
